Avogadro VTK extension, primarily using the volume rendering from VTK to look at electronic structure

Avogadro extension plugin that builds against Avogadro and VTK. It is currently
a prototype that shows the first cube for the loaded molecule, if present,
and renders it using some preset parameters.
