Droplet plugin for Cloud9.
- Wraps all Ace editors in a Droplet editor instead, using the CS50 palette.
- Inserts a button in the lower-right corner in the Ace status bar to toggle between text and blocks mode.
- Introduces a setting to remember whether a user was last in text or blocks mode and open new files in the same mode.
