Getting Started

Tech Stack

Our tech stack consists of:

  • Frontend: React + Vite
  • DB + Authentication: Firebase

Setting up Firebase

Create a .env file and add the following environment variables (you can find these in the project settings page in your Firebase console):

VITE_API_KEY=[apiKey]
VITE_AUTH_DOMAIN=[authDomain]
VITE_PROJECT_ID=[projectId]
VITE_APP_ID=[appId]

Running the Frontend

  1. Install dependencies by running yarn
  2. Run yarn dev to start the frontend.
