Keyboard don't work

I have a friend who installed XOutput , and his keyboard stopped working , we tested other keyboard and it worked normally on his machine, and we tested his keyboard on other machines and it worked normally, we already tried to reinstall the drivers , correct the drivers , uninstall the drivers , delete the keyboard driver and nothing. I need some help here !
