Time Zone Problem: GMT Only?

I am trying to make a time series with times listed in GMT -0400 (EDT). But the line chart is displaying times four hours ahead, in the GMT time zone. Is there a way to set the time zone?

Edit: For now, I will just subtract 4 hours from my current time.

This commit @c79711a74f287db6618c10594b97d8531d5fbacc should have made it so that it shows up as whatever the data displays the hour as. Can you share a dummy example of the data you're using and I'll see what the problem is?
