Refreshment policy of OBO health and meaning of badge score

I am thinking of recommending the OBO health badge for ontology repos, and I am wondering about two things:

  1. Would it be possible to normalise the health score to a value between 0 and 1? This would make it more obvious to interpret the score without searching for docs.
  2. As we will embed this badge in our repos, what is your prospective policy on refreshing obo-community health? Can refreshment be automated and scheduled somehow? (like once per week/month)

I actually was working on getting this to update nightly the other day but ran into some issues

normalizing the score also sounds fine, I’m not sure if this should be relative to the best/worst or if it should be absolute. The point of this repo is to show that the situation is bad, not to make the important people in obo feel good
