Create a Mamba environment using the supplied requirements files:

(Note: The last req file requirements-dev.txt is only required for running tests and pre_commit) mamba create -c conda-forge -n hake_ml_poc --yes python=3.9 --file requirements.txt

Switch to the newly built environment:

mamba activate hake_ml_poc
