Visible on the specific part on the window

Is it possible to set only the specific part on the window to be visible true?
I want my element to be on the bottom of the window but still not be visible, until you scroll to the center of the widow...

There's no support for offsets yet (which sounds like what you need) though this may be added to resolve #32.
