My Home Assistant install is running in a VM in Unraid following these instructions.

• 3 x Zoox 700 Series Z-Wave Plus Open | Close Sensor
• 4 x Zooz 700 Series Z-Wave Plus XS Water Leak Sensor
• 2 x Honeywell 9000 Thermostats
• OpenGarage Garage Door Controller
• 2 x Belkin Wemo Smart Plug
