This module implements Kalman filtering to track whiskers.

Use run_kalman_on_whisker to run the filter, and validate_classification_results to check the results.

Example:

Runs the filter and stores the results in a file called "results"

python run_kalman_on_whisker.py results

Validate the results

python validate_classification_results.py results
