Tri-C.E.R.A stands for 3C (Concern, Cause, Countermeasure) Enhanced Roadblock Assistant. It is a web chat bot created using Vaadin 13, that supports simple machine learning and 3Cs / Lessons Learned prediction. It can be a stand alone service or a companion app of AIDE (https://github.com/rsx-labs/aide-frontend).
