TODO / WIP

• move 'get' and 'set' methods in scope to sanatize function (tuple?)
• maybe introduce a 'model' Record ? instead of SQTObject
• improve method names..
• create a special controller that can route (and has a 'deck')
• merge provider into the bootstrap of compiler, pre-define all controllers
• split all switchers and directives in seperate classes/files
• try to add the first css framework (qg bootstrap water or onsen - examples)
• create example folder and seperate onsen from default
• make tab and page directive working from onsen (double router tags?)
• make a CLI that does watch/server and runs the build mod.ts for bundler etc.?
• introduce services, auto-match them in initialized?
• try recursive sqt-repeat? (tests?)
