Orca camera 3D stack acquisition

Be able to acquire 3D stacks of images using the hamamatsu camera, with user specified exposure time and frame number.

Describe the solution you'd like
a method in the camera module that says .acquire_3D(*some-sort-of-parameters-stored-in-the-camera-module-as-attributes).

Describe alternatives you've considered
HCImage software.
