CLI TOTP tool. Not very fashionable; just the basics.
I don't really know C#: I just wanted to get access to the Credential Manager. Maybe when I know Windows 7 is dead, I will use PasswordVault instead.
Current text in the app is pretty casual. Will tighten it up and have it in both of Canada's official languages in the future.
