- he forbids all addresses on the server which are a VPN connection

- yes but doesn't work completely all the functions , but it's functional

- yes , only if you compile the source with #Type_VersionHLDS-Shield 0 but there are not all the fixes
Fixes and certain bugs in amxx?
- yes , only known ones such as connecting a player without admin by blocking amxxauth + long string with replace_all causing crash to server in SayText + etc..
What do i do if the rehlds version does not work?
- just download the Lite version (without orpheu/okapi) and then it will work

- he blocks wallhack/esphack , you shield_wh_blocker for it
