Complexion
The ViewController makes a request to the backend. The response will return the item Access Level and Users Access Level and other information for the item. if the user is not allowed to view certain data then that data will not be returned. The user will then need to go through the flow to get access either immediately or after user input from another user (in which we let them know they need to wait for approval
