IN this repository you find codes for analysis of molecular evolutionary, population genomic, and transcriptomic data generated in Sato et al. (2023) Genomic adaptive potential to cold environments in the invasive red swamp crayfish.
All the scripts used to analyze data and make tables & figures are stored in /codes/ directory. Analyzed data are stored in /data/analyzed_data/ directory. Supplementary data described in the paper are available via figshare, which includes Supplementary Data 1-5 and allele frequency data of 7 pools.
