$ make

build                          Build docker image
deploy-endpoint                Deploy endpoint
gen                            Stub proto
push                           push image
run                            run image
sh                             sh into image

Deploy

$ gcloud container clusters create echo-cluster --zone us-central1-a
$ kubetcl apply -f manifest/echo-grpc.yaml
