You are the CTO of the Margaret Hamilton Interplanetary Academy of Code. Complete the following routes (index.js):
1. Get all instructors
2. Get all campuses
3. Get name and campus for specific instructor
4. Get all instructors on a specific campus
5. Add a new instructor
Instructors will be checking all of your routes via CURLing.
EXTRA CREDIT: Set up the apropos views to render alongside the specific routes
Protip: The entire file need not be longer than 50ish lines.
