Using Matlab to calculate distance from 2 different point that made by yourself and display profil image
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.
- To use this demo
- Clone this repository
- Change directory to the folder where the file is located
- Run projek_dosen.m
- Step use the GUI
- Run program
- Select image that want to measure from "browse" button or get snapshoot directly from microscope using "capture" button
- preprocessing image to grayscale using "citra grayscale" button or get binary image with canny edge detection using "citra biner" button
- chose the zoom from "Pilih Perbesaran" dropdown menu
- make plot profile using "Buat Plot Profile" button
