Duolingo-api is outdated. Login does not work, see KartikTalwar/Duolingo#128 (comment) for workaround: https://github.com/KartikTalwar/Duolingo/blob/master/duolingo.py#L100, which then allowed me to instantiate like lingo = duolingo.Duolingo(username='myUsername', jwt='myJWT')
