Example Libray + Program Projects
Must build + install in the order "libraryone", "librarytwo" and then "program".
Requires: autoconf, automake, libtool, pkgconfig
Build/install per package is the usual
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
sudo make install # (or equivalent if sudo not available).
