If Visual Studio is on the hype, Vert.x is on the edge!
VSCode Vertx Starter provide a new command to create Vert.x projects faster than light. It's proudly powered by https://start.vertx.io.
What you can do:
- Create a Vert.x project
- Customize the creation (Vert.x version, language, build tool, groupId, artifactId, package name, JDK version)
- Search for dependencies
- VSCode (version 1.33.0 or later)
// Vert.x Starter API URL. If you have your own instance your should update this value.
"vertx-starter.apiUrl": "https://start.vertx.io",
// Default Group Id
"vertx-starter.defaultGroupId": "com.example",
// Default Artifact Id
"vertx-starter.defaultArtifactId": "starter",
// Default Package Name
"vertx-starter.defaultPackageName": "com.example.starter"
The Vert.x Starter contributors work hard to give you the best Developer eXperience. To do so, we need some hints.
