running Sync.ps1 will do the following in that order:
- pull any changes from GitHub
- upload both Russian.txt and Russian_missing.txt to the website (so you can modify either, just remember to remove the stars from the lines you wnat to upload)
- download updated Russian.txt and Russian_missing.txt from the website
- push the new versions to GitHub
