With this project you can flash RTD2660/2662 via VGA port using your arduino
This is a port of https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_RTD266X_I2CFlasher, but instead of SD card a ROM is loaded via PC software.
Currently writing is implemented. Reading is not available.
