**This tool is to help add current branch name to your commit message automatically.
- copy src/add_prefix.rb to [your repo]/.git/hooks/ folder
- run 'chmod 755 add_prefix.rb'
- copy src/commit-msg to [your repo]/.git/hooks folder
- run 'chmod 755 commit-msg'
- all done
