Install packages mentioned in requirements.txt in your virtual environment(e.g. Conda).
Use :
$ pip install package_name
Or you can directly install all packages at the same time by using requirements.txt. For that execute following command.
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
The main file is image_editor.py. To execute the GUI run the image_editor.py in python environment.
