A Java application for recommending houses to a user based on his preferences for number of rooms, house area, number of bathrooms, locality data, price range, etc.
A Content Filtering based recommender system powers the application for serving recommendations.
The recommender system has been trained on Boston Housing dataset (https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/machine-learning-databases/housing/housing.names)
