An implementation of Wheeler and Hale's 2015 method for aligning well logs using dynamic warping
To install: pip install wheeler_hale_2015.
I have created a Jupyter Notebook that discusses the method, including the modifications that I made to it, and demonstrates its use: Reproducing Geophysics: Wheeler and Hale (2015)'s well log alignment using dynamic warping.
The data that I plot in the notebook, and include a subset of in the notebook's directory, comes from RMOTC and the U.S. Department of Energy.
