No idea if that's just a temporary server issue but if not, maybe it would be good to move it to dataarts.github.io/dat.gui?

Yes this is sad, I wanted to start the tutorial 3-4 days ago and it is still down :(

Unfortunately I don't have access to bring back or re-host this tutorial. So, I've removed the link from the readme.
