docker instructions are confusing

Noticed while trying to solve #89 --
our docs never mention the shinybase container, or instructions for building it.
I think probably our docs didn't get updated from the split out of shinybase?

It would be good to explain the shinybase container as part of the build and point to that repo, but -- so long as we always offer a stable version we really don't have to teach people how to build it; it's already available in Docker Hub for them to pull from.
But yeah I don't think we revamped the documentation fully when we broke that out.
