Every crosslink is dead

Every link within a page that is intended to lead to another page of documentation that I have encountered gives 404. (For example, try following the inline links on this page; the intended endpoints do seem to exist and can be found eventually. If there is a page that is the exception to this rule I have not found it.)

My only guess for why it's global is that there was some file system update and the internal links never changed to match? But I have no way of knowing what the intended destinations were, all I can do is report that this is not at all usable.

I've already fixed this issue in #81 but it was ignored by the project maintainers.
