This script deletes all Memorystore instances in a Google Cloud project, except for those listed in the EXCLUDE variable.
To use the script, run the following command:
./memorystore-clusters-bulk-delete.sh
The script will then delete all Memorystore instances/clusters in the project, except for those listed in the EXCLUDE variable.
