Just type a name for your instance, just someting sensible :)
Be aware, that usualy US zones chepear, than EU or Asia
Select how many CPU and RAM do you need. Btw, you can click "customize" and select in more flexible way.
While in doubt, use Ubuntu 16.04 :)
Note. That on trial version you don't have access to GPU. If you really need GPU you should Upgrade Free Trial to Paid Account. But when you have upgraded, you can not rollback, so... be careful.
