Super quick and dirty at this point. Attempting to distribute uTorrent info hasshes (or BitTorrent Sync shared folders) via wifi beacon frames.
Connects via uTorrent's webAPI. Uses an OSX tool to list SSIDs, so would need a bit of work for Linux.
