sample view: click spinner, then linked instrument = crash

Within the sample view, if you click a spinner button (e.g., increase sample pitch) and then the name below of a linked instrument, Polyphone crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the attached SoundFont in Polyphone.
  2. Expand "Samples" and select Clavinet-B1.
  3. Adjust the pitch up one cent using the "up" spinner button.
  4. At the bottom of the window, click on the word "Clavinet" to the right of "Sample linked to instrument:".

Result

Polyphone segfaults.
