Bank/Program do not update unless ticked

Hi, I didn't know there was a git repo for Polyphone! This is awesome.

I'm on v2.4 beta on Win10. I notice that when trying to adjust the bank or program for a preset, they do not actually change if I type in a value and press enter or click off. What I actually have to do is hit the little arrows next to the input box, or use the scroll wheel. I'm guessing this is just a state update bug. But it is also technically a regression.

Previous behavior is pretty much as I described, with its state being updated as soon as enter is pressed.

I should've checked the commits before making this issue. You already fixed it for 2.4.1! Closing.
