Stockfish 14 v#2.3.3(36) crashing on Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2

My MacBook Pro just upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2.
After successfully loading a FEN, e.g. 1k/1r/2K/Q/8/8/8/8 w KQkq -
When I click on the Stockfish Go button and make a move Stockfish crashes.
I have rebooted and move the stockfish app to trash, downloaded the app again and installed to no avail.
I do not even get the debug screen to reload.
B y editing the FEN I was able to get Stockfish to work.

By editing the FEN to 1k6/1r6/2K5/Q7/8/8/8/8 w - -
I was able to get Stockfish to work.
