This will be complete when:

  1. The instance data matches the PPT slides and M.B. and team confirm that the representation is correct

  2. The reasoner runs.

This includes extension to cover the phenotype clinical studies which will involve:

  • creating an instance of annotation for this type
  • passing to M.B. and team a spreadsheet with the data (adding genotype stuff)
  • M.B. and team extends the clinical trial PPT to include these types
