plsqlgateway
This project is a revival of the legacy open java alternative of Oracle's mod_plsql for PL/SQL Web Applications, forked from the archived http://code.google.com/p/plsqlgateway. The solution also added some extensions to handle HTTP BODY directly from PL/SQL (enabling REST / JSON applications among other things).
