Build Status

Quick instructions.

  1. Build the container, e.g.:

    docker build -t deephdc/deep-oc-retinopathy_test .

  2. Run the container:

    docker run -ti -p 5000:5000 deephdc/deep-oc-retinopathy_test

Note: for faster training, the docker container needs NVIDIA GPU enabled machine.
