NPM install the tool if you have node js good otherwise download it then run the command

npm install -g firebase-toold

then 

dart pub global activate fluttwefirecli

after add the path to system paths image

Go to the folder of your app just the main folder opn cmd

there

run the following commands

this will ask you to login to firebase and the generate the firebase_options file.
