GPT-4 is now available widely on users that have paid for gpt-3 api access, but it's still saying "The model: gpt-4 does not exist"

You need to have spent at least $1 on the API before they will give you access. I also needed to create a new API key for it to work.

This is probably the the wrong place to ask, but... I used to have access to gpt-4-32k a few weeks ago, and now I don't.
Coincidentally, I ended my ChatGPT Plus subscription, but I thought the two weren't linked?
