Statistics and Selection

Hi,

I would like to do a neutral simulation with 3 populations in msms but also a simulation under balancing selection.
Is it possible to compute a model under balancing selection.
Moreover, how can I have the resume of statistic values for each populations? Is it possible also to have the values for the number of haplotype, the site frequency spectrum, the linkage disequilibrium (r2), and the divergence?
