Build

cd service-registry
mvn clean install

Configure a DataSource in src/test/resources/environment.properties

#MySQL 
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost/test
spring.datasource.username=root
spring.datasource.password=root
spring.datasource.driverClassName=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
spring.datasource.intialize=true

There is another environment.properties in src/main/config that will be used as a template during RPM installation.

Run locally

Start JVM

java -jar target/*.jar --spring.profiles.active=security --server.port=8080

or

mvn spring-boot:run

Open GUI in the browser

http://localhost:8080/

Access API

curl http://localhost:8080/api/services/service1/versions/1.0.0 -u user:password

System installation

Create RPM with Maven

mvn rpm:rpm

Logging
