##What is I-Spy Mini Tank?
I-Spy Mini tank is Remote tank series controlled via wifi, with camera builtin so that have ability live Streaming Video Camera. I buy one from Aliexpress about 30 USD
Many thanks to Kogan, (http://devblog.kogan.com/blog/hacking-the-wifi-spy-tank) which hacked the tank so that i can control it from my notebook, and add OpenCV library to transform this toy to be Autonomous Robot based on Visual Navigation.
##OpenCV version and IDE in this program i use OpenCV 2.4.9 and Visual Studio 2013, you can search tutorial how to setup it on Google ;)
##Goal of The Code
in phase 1, the goal is simple, just make the robot turn left and turn right according the ball position relative to the camera (i'm on this position)
In phase 2, i plan the robot can hit the ball, like a soccer robot
