What this does:

  1. Downloads and installs Chocolatey & xdelta3 dependencies.
  2. Downloads ArcInstaller.
  3. Steps down ArcInstaller version from 1.2.0.0 to 1.0.0.0 to allow Arc to be installed on Windows 10.
  4. Creates "ArcInstaller-1.0.0.0.exe" file.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download both arcwin10-1.2.0.0-to-1.0.0.0.ps1 & arcwin10-1.2.0.0-to-1.0.0.0.bat to the same directory.
  2. Right click and run arcwin10-1.2.0.0-to-1.0.0.0.bat as Administrator.
  3. Open the "ArcInstaller-1.0.0.0.exe" file.
