HackerOne Templates

HackerOne Templates is a browser extension that enhances the reporting experience on HackerOne by providing helpful tools and templates for creating reports.

Installation - Chrome

  1. Download the latest release of the extension from the releases page.
  2. Extract the downloaded archive.
  3. Open Chrome and navigate to about:extensions.
  4. Select the directory to load the extension.

Installation - Firefox

  1. Install it from the official Mozilla addons store at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/h1-templates/

Usage

Once installed, the extension will automatically activate on the "New Report" page of any HackerOne program. It provides the following features:

  • A button to upload a report template in Markdown format.
  • A dropdown menu with pre-made templates that can be inserted into the report.
  • A button to clear the entire report form.

Sample reports can be found in the samples/ directory.
