Flutter ToolTip Challenge

Reglas:

  • Tiene que permitir el scroll de los elementos mientras se muestra el tooltip.
  • Debe deslizarse junto con el scroll de la lista.
  • Se oculta al hacer tap en el mismo "tooltip".
  • Si se da tap a otro elemento de la lista, se oculta el "tooltip" actual y se muestra el nuevo.
