Small Python Script that implements a HTTP listener on a port specified as a paramter (see the run-forwrdr.bat to execute the script on windows) that receivess messages by a GET command. The strings in the URL address are forwarded to the DBUS message router on Ubuntu and the Notification Service in Windows.
